While I have tried on many occassions to keep a journal I have found that I like the idea of having a journal more than I like to actually write in it every day. I think this may hold true for my blog as well - I like the idea of having a blog, but writing in it everyday…not so much

Alas, I am now an official “blogger”. You see, as fate would have it my Tuesday night class “Politics and the New Media” is requiring me to keep a daily blog (at least until July 27th). Wish me luck. I am hoping this will get me in the pattern of blogging, I will learn to like it, and it will stick with me. If not, at least I know how to do it!

Granted, while most of my postings will be about readings and class discussions I am hoping to expand this into general thoughts, ideas, musings…etc.
