Doing Some Research…You Can Help

Justin - Thanksgiving 2005 Hello my blogging bretheren!

I have had over 500 unique visitors a day to this blog for a while now - YAY! - and from viewing the traffic reports it appears the readership is spread far and wide across the US and the world.

Well, I am putting together a list of places/cities/locales I want to visit in the US (will do abroad later on) and I am calling on you all for your assistance.

After all, with such a regionally diverse readership, one of the best places I could go to put together this list is right here! How exciting!

If you could post (or email me justin@meetjustin.com)the name of your town and state and what you would recommend seeing or doing in your area I would consider you to be an ultra rockstar. ROCK STAR.

And if you are in the mood, you could also list any local groups, people, or officials you admire or are doing great work in your area.

Thanks boys and girls!

I wish I could give each and every one of you a big hug for being such great readers and commentors. I am really having fun with this blog and with all of you.

Thanks from the heart :)

Brunswick, Ohio here…..suburb of Cleveland. Definately check out The Great Lakes Science Center. And definately avoid The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

PS–Speaking of Providence RI…the mirbar still lives? Wow….hadn’t thought of that place in a long, long time.

Orlando, Florida checking in… Come see the Mouse, Come see The City Beautiful, come for the weather, come for the fact we have 10 bottoms for every top here - and we are only 45 minutes from a GREAT nude beach!

Dan - I still crack up knowing you live in Fat Point.

Mason - Is the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame completly touristy? What’s great about the Science Center? I haven’t been to Providence in a while but the last time I was Mirabar was still hoppin’!

Spider - Is that why so many orgies are filmed in Orlando?! hahaha

RTTT - It’s a great sweater - You have great taste!!

Seriously, we should have had lunch over at school someday. Now that there are only two days of class left, you might not see me for awhile - now when are you revealing the secret - does it have to do with a move perhaps?

C’mon, Mason - what’s not to love about seeing Janis Joplin’s car and John Lennon’s 2nd grade report card? I LOVE the Rock Hall - hit it!

Also, in Cleveland, check the neighborhoods - University Circle (one of the best art museums in the world, and free!), Little Italy, Tremont, the Warehouse District.

But I’m in Baltimore now, where Charles Village is the place. Hot spots, no tourists.

I’m in Houston which is NOT a tourist city. I suggest Capetown, SA. My favorite.

Brechi - the party is going to be on the 17th I believe :( Sucky! Let’s try to get together before!!

Blood - Is that a musical theatre reference? Will you need to pay RENT before we go to CHICAGO? Wow I am so corny I crack myself up…

Utah + Park City + Deer Valley = A world class olympic experience.

I get the Utah part but what are park city & deer valley?

    Justin on December 2nd, 2005
  • 19

Park City is the ski town up the canyon from the Salt Lake Valley. Deer Valley is an area, as well as a ski resort in Park City.

    David on December 2nd, 2005

    Are there deer? ;)

    Justin on December 2nd, 2005

Yes, but you’re more likely to see multi-million dollar homes, women with big hair and coordinated ski suits, and if you’re lucky a moose.

Do they have rodeos in Utah? I learned that down south - where they are big on rodeos - they call big hair ‘rodeo hair’.

    Oh and is everyone blonde?!
