There was a good turnout last night for my pre-graduation/pre-launch party!
I saw old friend and new friends - got about 10 bottles of wine and over 50 beers - and we had some good eats. YUM and FUN!
As you can see from the last post, I let my big secret out of the bag! I sent an email to all of my registered users and have already had an outpouring of support. I had some people click the support button and send money and others have sent me encouraging emails with offers to help in any way they can.
The support means so much. This is my first business venture and I know it will be a big success - it helps to have people like you all watching my back. Words can’t express how grateful I truly am.
For all those who couldn’t make it, here is some video of the speech I gave at my party.

Justin, great video! After watching it I really have a much better idea where you’re heading and how you’re planning to get there.
Go for it and good luck! Let me know if there’s anything I can do to help.
Thanks Hypoxic! I’m glad the video helped. There will be many more to come in the days ahead!!
Thanks again for the support. You rock my world!!
Hi Justin,
Sorry I missed it and thanks for the invite. I was going to see if Kevin wanted to go but you know.
Your plan sounds great, I wish you the best of luck, will be following your venture, will steer as many people as I can to your site and so forth. I really, honestly hope you succeed beyond your wildest dreams.
Hey, I have to ask. Was this inspired by the Kirk Cameron traveling ministry??
(kidding)
Oh I know how Kevin is! It would have been awesome if you both could have come but I’ll be in Boston as part of my trip so we’ll have a chance to get together.
Thanks for the well wishes
Once I get all the little features up and running - and once I get off and running - I think people who are questioning what the hell I am doing will start understanding the whole concept of the site. And I know it will be huge. It’s really exciting! I’m glad you like the idea
:)
And, while Kirk Cameron may be my Christian Idol, he was not one of my inspirations. *sigh* I still think that boy is fine
Justin, your speech was fantastic, and helped me to understand more of what your goals are.
I love you!
Love you too mom!
