John D’Agosta - Part 2

In this part of my interview with John D’Agosta, the President of Suffolk University’s “Rainbow Alliance“, he tells me how many LGBT students are deciding to come to school in MA because of the availability for same-sex couples to marry and how Suffolk students have staged protests and even an alternative graduation ceremony for LGBT students when they found out Governor Mitt Romney would be their commencement speaker.

I guess it does pay to be the university RIGHT BEHIND the MA State House! haha

If you’d like to contact John you can do so through Suffolk University’s website - Suffok’s LGBT Organizations.

Coming up in Part 3 - John talks about how he got involved in LGBT politics, about resources for LGBT people at Suffolk, and his own college experience of being harrassed. It happens even in Boston…
