Let’s review:
- *Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal rocks
- *The protein bars I bought taste like horse feed
- *The scoop of protein shake powder required for one protein shake is the size of my hand
- *The protein shake I bought tastes like medicine. Vanilla flavored medicine
- *Don’t try to mix protein shake powder with blueberry yogurt, especially when the scoop is the size of your hand. It will inevitably get all over your desk, your pants, and the floor. And it tastes gross.
- *Mangos are yummy.
- *Almonds are yummy.
- *Tuna over spinach with hot peppers and feta is also yummy.
AND…I did 500 situps today. And I can hardly sit up right now. If I lean back to get something I literally fall over. hehe I can’t wait to see the results in a few days. ![]()

500 sit-ups?!? OMG. I don’t know that I’ve ever done 500 sit-ups in a month, much less in one day…
That’s dedication. The trick will be doing that many on Day 2! Just keep it up!
No, the trick is keeping it going while also having a life. Ugh! I think this upcoming week I will be a social absentee and focus on just working out!
At least I’ve stuck with the diet part! It’s the workout that has tripped me up…
