Ran over 3.5 miles.
Did over 550 various different kinds of situps.
Did a very quick chest and triceps workout.
OMG. Ouch.

I’m getting into the groove of my new diet and workout routine and it feels great. Because I have sugar only from fresh fruit, I don’t feel any high or low energy levels throughout the day. I just feel like I have energy the entire time. It’s great.
Probably on Monday I will start increasing the weight training part of the RRD. For right now my body is sore to touch. haha Though a massage would be very much appreciated.

Um, tomorrow is Friday. YAY! No big weekend plans, but I’m sure something will come up…
P.S. I really feel that when I workout any fat on my body becomes much more “liquidy” than it is when I’m not working out. I asked someone about this and they said that it’s a good thing because fat that goes from hard to soft to “liquidy” means that it’s on the way out the door.
Can anyone verify that and/or let me know what you think about that?!?!
